Fireplace and chimney liner are new and chimney cleaned yearly.

  4. I do not know how you can part with this beautiful, peaceful place. As you have made the decision then it means you are ready for the next chapter of your life. The price seems very low-priced, therefore, making it a wonderful buy for someone. Is your summer going well? We have had so much rain we think Mother Nature is trying to make up for the severe drought of 2011 and we are thankful. I am sending you love, my friend, along with a big Texas hug !!!
